Charlie Follows se seznámila s jógou na univerzitních studiích. Přestože si myslela, že se nikdy nestanou učitelkou jógy, udělala si kurz a posléze vyučovala místní komunitu ve svém městě. Její program byl však tak nabitý, že již nedokázala nadále učit osobně a přesedlala na platformu Instagramu a později na YouTube. V současné době má na svém YT kontě přes 900 tréninkových videí, více než 100 milionů shlédnutí a téměř 900 tisíc sledujících. Na studentku designu nábytku slušné :-)
Důvod, proč má na mých stránkách Charlie své místo, je prostý. Cvičím s ní již několik měsíců a dlouho jsem po smrti mé oblíbené trenérky Lesley Fightmaster hledala instruktorku, která by mne dokázala v józe potáhnout. Našla jsem ji. 💜
