Daniel PT Workouts


Daniel Amin (nar. 25. května 1984) je dánský trenér žijící v Německu. Trénuje od chvíle, kdy dostal od svého strýce pár činek a to byl moment, kdy si posilování zamiloval. Dnes je nejen vystudovaným osobním trenérem a koučem, ale pravidelně přidává svá tréninková videa také na YT kanál. Nelze opomenout ani jeho virtuální HomeGym na jeho stránkách, kde přidává nejen tréninky, recepty a výzvy, ale funguje také jako osobní trenér.

S Danielem cvičím strašně ráda, jelikož jsou jeho tréninky jiné, variabilní, hodně používá můj oblíbený kettlebell, nejsou příliš dlouhé, člověk si může vybrat z mnoha půlhodinových videí, také musím vyzdvihnout jednu věc a to, že člověk se po trénincích necítí úplně KO a naprosto vyčerpaně, ale má pocit z velmi dobře odvedené práce a přitom ne za cenu "totálního rozbití". Oblíbila jsem si jej za velmi krátkou dobu také proto, že i když jsem o něm měla zpočátku opravdu strašné mínění (zacvičila jsem si s ním jen proto, že byl v názvu tréninku kettlebell :D ), hned po něm jsem na něj změnila názor. Není to žádný nafoukaný osel, který by si prohlížel své svaly, ale usmívá se, nekecá a jak to jen jde, tak povzbuzuje. Zkrátka skromný kluk, co rád dělá svoji práci :)

  1. Vůbec ho neznám, ale jsou to pro mě další super tipy na cvičení. Není na škodu ten pohyb občas obměnit, stereotyp nikdy není dobrý a to ani při sportu. :)
